Zhang Xianbin thinks that there are four difficulties in the cotton work in 2011: First, the domestic and international cotton harvest in the new year, the international economic situation is not optimistic, there will be no obvious growth in demand, there is still a certain downward pressure on the market price of new cotton; Second, this year's social funds There is less market entry, and there is pressure on the supply of funds from the Agricultural Development Bank of China. In view of the above issues, Zhang Xianbin believes that there are seven major aspects of cotton work in 2011: First, intensify publicity efforts to effectively implement the collection and storage measures to protect the interests of cotton farmers; second, to effectively rectify the market order; third, to ensure the supply of funds; and fourth, to ensure the purchase and sale of enterprises.
