On October 19, 2015, the "2015 China Garment Conference" was held at the Chengdu Century City International Conference Center. During the conference, the 3rd Annual Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors and Professional Committee of the China Garment Association released the 2014-2015 Annual Report of the China Garment Association and the 2015 China Garment Industry Annual Point of View.

In this session of the council, the China Garment Association completed the re-election and supplementation of the leadership team. Sun Ruizhe was elected president of the China Garment Association. Yang Jinchun, Xie Qing, and Guo Lianxue were added as vice presidents of the association; Jiao Pei was elected secretary general of the China Garment Association.
