Wissman. 2013 China Knit Fashion Design Contest CHIC2013 China International Fashion Week

On March 26, 2013, the final of the “Weissmann” 2013 China Knit Fashion Design Competition jointly organized by the China Fashion Designers Association and Zhuhai Wessian Garments Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing 751D.PARK. There were 1186 entries from 25 regions across the country, including Hong Kong. Participants included teachers, students, corporate designers, and fashion enthusiasts in various fields. A total of 24 short-listed entries participated in the finals and they were on the final stage. With the theme of “Colorful Era”, the artist swayed with ink and color and incorporated color into knitwear. Eventually, Sheng Lina from the Fashion Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology won a gold medal; Zhao Jingwen from the Clothing Institute of Dalian Polytechnic University and Wang from the School of Humanities at Northeast Normal University. Lin won the silver award; Zhang Chang from the Beijing Institute of Clothing, Fu Zhichen from Northeast Dianli University and Han Jingjing from Hebei University of Science and Technology Textile and Apparel received the bronze medal.
