Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information formally approved Jin Lang's spun-bonded spunlace superfine fiber nonwoven project launched. It is learned that this advanced project requires about 100 million yuan investment, with the exception of the central government allocating a few million yuan, the rest by the bank loans and enterprises themselves to solve. The first phase of the project is expected to have an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons and is scheduled to start operation in 2011. Currently, Golden Wave is actively preparing for the project. Jinlang company under the China Hengtian Group Co., Ltd., is a state-owned enterprises, located in Guangzhou City, engaged in non-woven fabric production and post-processing. The company has a factory in Guangzhou and a spunbond factory in Egypt. It is also the first manufacturing plant in China for non-woven fabrics enterprises in China. It is learned that only Germany, South Korea and Japan each have a production line abroad. Three Sanjiang companies in our country have also developed one by themselves and the world has a total of four production line. Golden Wave production of this production line will be the world's fifth production line. Spunbond spunlace ultra-fine non-woven fabric high strength, fiber fineness of 0.1d or so, soft, three-dimensional consolidation, is the world's most promising products, non-woven fabric technology a major new bright spot.
